I have taken 3 long haul flights so far and been able to check the box as standard luggage (I have a large). My bike has arrived safely and I have named to pack most of my accessories and gear in the box too. The assembly/disassembly process takes a while at first but I became faster and more confident by the third time and learned some now things about my bike in the process of removing the headset! Service and support from stevox is outstanding. They have a fast response time and are on to happy to answer questions. I had my box made to my bike’s dimensions. Very happy customer. Would fully recommend stevox to anyone regularly travelling with a bike who desires peace of mind and ease of portability.

I would give it 6 stars if I could!!

I’ve never payed for bicycle fee or for oversize. It saves me a lot of money.
It’s really compact, light and still hardshell which is very important for protecting the bike.
I also put many other things inside like helmet, shoes, trainers and uniform – it’s another advantage of this light case.

It is much smaller than my bike bag nevertheless you can easily pack in your machine in minutes and everything you need in a training camp.
This box is very compact, in a regular car you can fit in two easily but you also can use the public transport without any fees due to it’s size. Personally I used a lot it in Budapest (metro,tram) and when i travelled home by bus or train and I didn’t had to pay for it.
I can only recommand it. 🙂

Then because of its size most of the times you can avoid bike fees in flights, what is pretty important, as most of us need to save money 🙂 .
