These general conditions apply to  the service provider (www.stevox.com) for, 

1. Orders placed for available products on www.stevox.com (the “Website”) by consumers within Europe and the delivery of the products; and

2. The use of any information, documents, graphics, movies, features, music and/or other services on the Website.

These General Terms and Conditions for the purchase and delivery of goods from the Website can be found via a direct link  stevox.com/gtc and on our online shop. 

2. Purchase on our Website/Orders: 

You can obtain our products by email and / or via our Website (Internet).

1. Configure and choose the item you’d like to buy.

2. Add the product to your shopping cart.

3. Add any other products you’ll choose among those available.

4. Proceed to checkout.

5. Select delivery and billing options.

6. Review your order.

7. Submit your order.

8. Receive an online order confirmation.

By clicking on the “place order” button customers place their orders and they commit to pay the amount which is indicated in the final page of the checkout. We save the contract text of your order. When we receive the order and order confirmation will be automatically generated on the Website; we will send you an order confirmation receipt, immediately to the email address you have provided. At this point a purchasing contract comes into existence.This order confirmation contains all order data and represents the acceptance of your offer. 

Goods are only delivered in customary quantities. 

We process the placed orders every working day between 9:00-17:00 (GMT+1)

According to what the applicable law permits, we reserve the right to expressly reject orders or to cancel the purchase contracts after the automatically generated order confirmation has been sent.

3. Delivery Services/ Shipping costs

Deliveries are made by the currier GLS, see the prices in the “shipping rates” paragraph. 

The delivery date in case of the HARD-SHELL BIKE BOX will in any case not be later than 20 working days starting from the day on which the Customer fulfilled his payment obligation. 

The delivery date in case of OTHER PRODUCTS on the Website will in any case not be later than 15 working days starting from the day on which the Customer fulfilled his payment obligation. Stevox is only obliged to deliver the goods if the full amount of the order has been received. 

Deliveries are primarily made within the following countries: Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia, Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Denmark, French, Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Estonia, Greece, Portugal, Finland.  Orders with different destinations are possible, but order has to be placed via email to order@stevox.com. For orders that are shipped to countries outside of European Union, import taxes, customs fees and costs may be charged by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are levied by the respective import customs office and are borne by the recipient.

We reserve the right to reject orders or to cancel the purchase contracts.

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.

We reserve the right to make a partial delivery of the items in your order, when, for example, some of the products you ordered are unavailable or production is delayed. In the event that we split your order, we will notify you by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you when the order was placed. In this case we will of course take on the additional shipping costs.If you no longer wish to have a subsequent delivery, simply let us know via email, order@stevox.com.

Under 15 kg (kilogramms) package: Hungary: 13€ zona 1: 22€,  zona 2: 25€, zona 3: 33€ zona 4: 54€

Under 10 kg (kilogramms) package: Hungary : 12€ zona 1: 20€ zona 2: 21€ zona 3: 32€ zona 4: 40€ 

4. Prices

All prices are FINAL prices, VAT is not included. We fill out all invoices with 0% VAT. The  Postage and shipping costs are added according to the following list under number 3 – ”shipping rates” paragraph. We apply the prices listed in the offer at the time of your order. 

Prices are quoted in Euro.

5. Payment

We generally accept payment via Barion, or wire transfer. 

Credit/debit card payment: Barion is an online payment service, which offers real-time payment solution. Barion secures the numbers of the card and does not give forward it to stevox or any third party. Barion Payment Zrt. is supervised by the Hungarian Central Bank. License number: H-EN-I-1064/2013

Wire transfer: After the Cunsumer clicked on the place order button, we will send an order confirmation receipt, which will contain our bank account and ever other needed information. The Customer has to fulfill his payment within 3 working days otherwise we reserve the rigth to delete his order.

6. Products and information on the Website

The images of the products on the Website are only meant for illustrative purposes. Although Stevox has ensured all efforts to provide an accurate representation of the products, Stevox cannot ensure that all the colors on the screen of the Customers are an exact match with the actual colors of the product. The products received by the Customer can slightly different from the images provided on the Website. Even though Stevox undergoes all efforts to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, dimensions, weights and content presented on the Website, can contain reasonable deviations.

6. Withdrawal

You may cancel any order within 14 days (after the product is delivered) without giving reasons in text form (letter, email) 

If you are able to return the product in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for the uses made, insofar as the use or the deterioration can be attributed to handling the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality.

We reserve the right to hold the reimbursement until we receive the products back or until the Customer has provided proof that they have shipped the products back. The reimbursement will include the cost of the product, but the Customer  has to bear the regular costs of the return. 

Choice of law

The law of the Republic of Hungary. This choice of law applies to consumers only insofar as it does not restrict any mandatory statutory provisions of the state in which the consumer is domiciled or habitually resident.
